His disciplined approach and global network allow him to spot talent that can thrive at the collegiate level in the US. Having worked with young athletes and helped them reach new heights, Stephen’s expertise is invaluable in finding the right players for soccer scholarships and guiding them toward success.

  • Andreas Athanasiou

    Head of Finance & Operations

    Andreas is a member of the ACCA and a Certified HRDA Professional Trainer. He has over 30 years’ experience in both the financial and accounting management sectors and will also be leading the Administration process for SC International Soccer Scholarships. Andreas' key responsibilities include: answering any questions you may have on how to process your application and get the ball rolling in your academic and athletic journey with us; communication and analysis; problem solving; feedback; and customer satisfaction.

  • Yiorgos Peglis

    Video Analyst

    Yiorgos is a former professional player, having played in the Super League the top level in Greek football, as well as time in Cyprus with Olympiakos and Enosis respectively. As our video analyst, part of his job is to make sure that you the student-athlete is portrayed in the right way ensuring your highlights are impactful. His key responsibilities include: Analysis of game footage to assess individual player performance; identifying strengths and your key moments; helping coaches determine very early on in the video that you are the player they need; and creating highlight reels to be sent to the coaches.

  • Derek Bragg

    Head of Scouting & Talent Identification

    Having played professional football in Germany with Hertha BSC, Derek then moved into coaching, before taking chief scout roles at Cheltenham Town, Burnley and Derby County. Derek has run his own scouting company for over 20 years and was involved in the development of Wyscout. He helped in presenting Player ID courses to clubs, player agencies and international teams. He is currently the lead European scout for an MLS club, plus continues with his work within The Scouting Network.

  • Rogerio Ramos Dal Solio

    Head of Goalkeeping Identification

    Rogerio is an ex-professional soccer goalkeeper who has been in professional soccer for the last 32 years, having coached at both international and club level in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. His ability to identify young promising goalkeepers and understand the requirements in today’s game has been a key part of his success. HIs role is to assess, recommend, and identify male and female goalkeepers for SC International Soccer Scholarships. The selected goalkeepers will then be put forward for potential scholarships at universities in the USA.
